摘要:Chiral coumarins and their derivatives are ubiquitousstructural motifs found in an array of biologically andtherapeutically active natural products and drugs. Herein, a highlyenantioselective dual remote copper-catalyzed vinylogous alkynylallylicsubstitution of yne-allylic esters with coumarins has beendeveloped. The practicality of this method is exempliffed by the useof readily available starting materials; mild reaction conditions;excellent regio-, enantio-, and stereoselectivities; and the verybroad substrate scope (67 examples), while the scalability and further applications of this method are illustrated by the gram-scalereaction and the series of derivations of the products.
